Good Faith Effort/ Fun in the Sun
Because of Co-vid, and depleted PTO funds, we will not be able to get the inflatables for testing rewards. You are welcome to plan fun outdoor activities to do with your class. Amy Jennings is going to pick up testing snacks for students. May 20th would be a good day to plan your own Good Faith Effort day for your class. Please put any activities you plan on the Living Calendar.
Field Day - May 21st
PLE's 1st Annual Lawnchair Theater - May 25th
Minutes from Planning Meeting:
- Doors open at 7:00 PM
- Hot dogs and chips will be for sale starting at 7:00 PM
- We are offering a movie inside the gym at 7:30 PM for those with earlier bedtimes
- We are asking for food donations from families. I will send you a request to send through Remind to your families on Friday, May 14th.
- K-1- Individual bags of chips
- 2nd - Ketchup, Mustard, or napkins
- 3rd - 8 oz Bottles of Water
- 4th and 5th--Cans of soda
We need your help! Attendance at Movie Night for at least hours is REQUIRED
Here are your choices for signing up:
- 5-7:30 Set up and meal prep
- 7:30-9:30 Games and clean up from games (We will need to provide entertainment for older students who get there early before the movie starts at 9:00) You are responsible for gathering materials for your game. We can help with the money or supplies, but you need to be in charge and ask for materials.
- 9:00-11:00 Clean up
