Chick Fil-A

How awesome was it to have Chick-Fil-A this week?  I am always impressed with the quality you come to expect with this little piece of fried heaven...but for me, it's not even the chicken itself that impresses me the most.  It's the service, the staff, the efficiency, the smiles, the attention to detail...you know you will be waited on by people who are working hard to provide you with an experience of excellence when you go there.   

So what does this have to do with us?  

As we craft our vision and we answer these questions:

How will we know when we are successful?

What does it look like?

What will be our impact?

What is so beautiful that we will not stop until we get there?

Think about this one:

What if we were striving to be the Chick-Fil-A of elementary schools?  

What would it look like if no matter if we were virtual or in-person, we KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT that our families say, "you know your child is going to have an experience of excellence at Paint Lick?'
