212 Everyday Leadership
Simply put, everyday leadership is when employees take intentional and daily action to foster better connection, communication and community within their organization, while working together toward one shared vision. And it’s something everyone in your company can (and should) do, from the CEO to middle management, all the way to the receptionist.
Once we have our vision we need to take steps to make that vision a reality. Leaders don't rise to their vision, they fall to the level of their routines and habits. That's why need to flesh out what everyday leadership looks like.
We already have a lot on our plates, so we are going to take steps to align our initiatives instead of adding to them.
