Hours on these Last Days  

Thursday, May 27th

• 8:00 AM Entire Staff - Meet at 8:00 AM in the gym 
• 11:45 - Meet in Cafeteria if you are eating tacos
• 1:00 - Meet in Cafeteria for Tammy's Retirement Reception
• Certified and Classified - Leave after you put in your hours for the day
• Classified, we will meet for your evaluation on Thursday. I will call you down to the office when it is time for your Evaluation Conference.  

Friday, May 28th

All Classified must be here

No official Meeting

Any certified who stayed for the whole movie night (came at 5:00 and left after clean up) does not have to be here.  On Thursday, sign-in on the sign-in sheet in the Friday column

The Additional Day:

You were either making up time after school, or coming Monday, May 30th or Tuesday May 31st.  (Please note what you did on the sign-in sheet that will be in the office Thursday)

Additional Announcements

Materials for Summer:  When you receive your boxes, you will receive an invoice/packing list.  You check to see that you have everything, sign and date the invoice, then give it to Regina so that she can get it to central office for payment.  All invoices must be returned to central office within 5 days of the day you receive it.  

PGP Conference:  Stop by and see me for you PGP Conference if you have not. 

Schedules:  When you meet with my for your PGP Conference bring a hard copy of your schedule for me.  Share an electronic copy with Robyn.  

Next Year

The very first day of school next year is May 24th.  For elementary, this day will only be for kindergarten students.  We are going to see if we can bring 1st grade in from 7:30 until midday and 2nd grade in from midday until the end of the day for SNAP and Reading testing.  All other students will start Wednesday the 25th.
