Small Group Time Sign Up

 

Homeroom Teachers: As a grade level, please complete the small group time sign up, and the list of students referred for each grade level group.  Based on the needs assessment survey the focus for each grade level will be:

K-Managing Feelings/Identification 

1-Anxiety/Stress

2-Motivation/Work Completion

3-Motivation/Work Completion

4-Anxiety/Stress

5-Anxiety/Stress

Students/Times(for small groups)  (There are two pages, the first is students, the second is where you choose your time for your grade level). 

I realize this is short notice to start on Monday. If you don't get this completed until Monday afternoon, no problem! Thanks for always being vested in your student's social and emotional health.
