In order for the board to develop budget priorities, in a couple of weeks a district team will come to our school to review our needs in the following areas:
- Instructional Program
- Student Support Services (RTI, counselors, specials, etc.)
- Major Equipment
- Major Maintenance
We completed a thorough review of our instructional program last spring so I feel confident that I have captured your thoughts and input on curriculum and instruction. What I need from you now are any thoughts you have on the other three categories. If there is something you feel strongly about regarding our needs, please let your thoughts be known to me. Please share your opinions through email by Friday the 13th. I will use your input with my own determination to convey priorities to the team.
Student of the Month
We will honor the students of the Month at the November 19th board meeting. Please send me a nomination with a brief description (name, grade, and brief description of awesomeness) of why the student is worthy of the honor by Friday the 13th. Cafeteria Monitor
Ms. Susan had to resign due to family concerns. If you know of anyone who would be willing to be a cafeteria monitor for a couple of hours a day, please let me know. I am at a loss for this. I have no idea of anyone we could get.
