Advancing the Vision 9-14-18

I saw TONS of examples of amazing teamwork this week!  How about the co-teaching that's going on?   I can't say enough how much I appreciate the efforts you all have made this year to try out new structures and ways of going about the business of making sure the needs of ALL of the learners are met!
You have to check our kindergarten.  I am IN AWE of what your colleagues are getting out of their kiddos...

The planning and collaboration that has to take place before these stations can run as smoothly as they do can not be praised enough!!!  The way you all have trusted me and each other is humbling.  Thank you for how hard you work and the leap of faith you have taken in undergoing structures and methods that are unfamiliar!!!  You really are an amazing staff!!!

I would be remiss if I didn't point out a couple of other things I saw this week that were SUPER cool. Check this out...I saw Jennifer MASTERFULLY spiraling her content this week.  Last week, her student were working on estimating and then subtracting 3-digit numbers.  This week that target moved to an independent station for review and another independent group worked on multiplication facts while Jennifer introduced a new target.  It was so cool to see this progression.  We will talk about more ways to structure and spiral content on our SD day in October.

Thanks, everyone!  Thank you for your trust, your hard work, and your teamwork!
